PACEM Alliance

The PACEM Alliance (Partners Allied with the Chaplaincy’s Ecumenical Ministry) assists The Chaplaincy Fund in raising funds for the worthwhile programs for the Department of Chaplaincy and Pastoral Education of M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.  

As a PACEM Alliance member, you can provide invaluable assistance in a number of programs that benefit the Chaplaincy Department, M. D. Anderson patients and families, and staff members.

Volunteers
Trained volunteers help with denominational and non-denominational weekday services and the Sunday Protestant service at M. D. Anderson. Appropriate training is provided. Call (713) 792-7284 for more information.

Loving Hearts and Caring Hands Awards Dinner 
PACEM Alliance members help with registration and decorations for this annual fundraising event. 

Christmas Eve Luncheon
Because many patients must be hospitalized during the holidays, PACEM members decided that a special luncheon would raise the spirits of patients, family members and M. D. Anderson staffers. Each year, PACEM members serve over 1,000 people. If you can help, call The Chaplaincy Fund office at (713) 862-8482.

CPE Reception
Each year, PACEM members host a reception for graduates of M. D. Anderson's Clinical Pastoral Education program.

Membership Tea
The Membership Tea invites anyone interested in joining the PACEM Alliance. Annual membership dues are $25.00 a year and Lifetime membership is $150.00.
